We accept payment online via Paypal - this does not mean you have to have a Paypal account although you can pay this way. If you want to pay by credit /debit card, when you get to the Paypal screen choose the "don't have a Paypal account" option.

We also accept payment offline by cheque in pounds sterling (contact us about the latter by email: them@wildebeests.co.uk).

By post send us the details of what you want and post to The Wildebeests, 12 Queensberry Terrace, Cummertrees Annan, Dumfries & Galloway DG12 5QF.

DELIVERY CHARGES ...
The cost quoted does not include Postage and Packing - these charges are as below:

Despatch of your order...
We will endeavor to despatch orders within one week of receiving the order. However, if for any reason there's a delay with the expected delivery time, we will contact you and explain the situation.

Damaged or faulty goods:
Where goods are faulty or damaged you must contact us as soon as possible. The goods will have to be returned to me before we can either refund or replace the order.

We do advise you to return any goods to us via a service requiring a signature on delivery and providing insurance e.g. recorded delivery, as, if they are lost, we cannot be held responsible for them. Recorded Delivery provides basic insurance cover for you up to the value of £27. Special Delivery offers higher levels of insurance. we cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit from you to me so we advise you to package the goods adequately to prevent damage from occurring.
